THE VALE GOT TALENT
The vale’s got talent is a talent contest brought to you by Wincanton amateur dramatics society. This is a one night only event on Saturday 5th July at Wincanton war memorial hall Wincanton. Doors open at 6.30 pm for registration and show starts at 7.30pm.
There will be two categories
Singers
Everyone Else
There are 3 age categories
Under 16
16-25 yrs.
Over 25
Entrance to the competition fee
Adults = £5
Under 16’s = £3.50
Friends and family can come and watch, and cheer you on for a £2 entrance fee,
Payable on the door
Each categories winner will then be asked to perform their winning act again to be judged for the overall “Vale’s got Talent” trophy.
There will be a cash prize and trophy for each category, Plus an overall winners trophy.
Any act will be considered from soloists to sax players and all others in-between.
Please bring any props you may need for your act with you,
(Glass, Naked Flames & Animals are not permitted in the hall)
This is a family show, and children will be present, so we ask that you please ensure your act is suitable for all ages to watch.
If you need backing tracks or music for your act, can you please bring them with you, on a CD. Microphones will be provided.
There will be a raffle and bar, teas and coffees will be available.
